So after a very long, boring and sad Saturday (as much as I love my local market, they sold out of Hot Cross Buns) I was feeling like Sunday was going to be lost to a giant chocolate egg and bad movies.
Feeling like Easter wasn’t complete, and tempted by this photo, I decided that I needed to hop, almost literally, over to Duck & Waffle.
That trip wasn’t wasted.
I got an amazing portion of Peanut Butter Hot Cross Bun with Salted Caramel Ice-Cream. Compliments of the chef.
Sunday made!
