Blue as the sky, smooth as air.
I’ve been told mine are pretty good so here’s my recipe:
50ml American Gin (yes, I think it works better with a gin that doesn’t have too many botanicals).
20ml Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
12.5ml Créme de Violette
12.5ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
Add all the ingredients to a mixing tin. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a brandied cherry.
